MBSR-T is an engaging 8 Week course in living mindfully for teens. Incorporating educational activities and the practice of skills for bringing mindfulness into their everyday lives and assisting teens to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and improve emotional resilience, communication and their ability to cope with the ups and downs of being a teenager.
They’ll participate in group activities, meditations, mindful movement & more.

Join Karen Haddon, a mother of two teenage girls who has been practicing mindfulness for 20 years, for this inspiring 8-week parenting program. The course integrates two internationally recognised, evidence based programs: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Circle of Security Parenting. Participation has the potential to bring more ease and peace into your relationships with your kids and yourself.
