MBSR-T Short Course is an engaging 6 Week course in living mindfully for teens. Incorporating educational activities and the practice of skills for bringing mindfulness into their everyday lives and assisting teens to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and improve emotional resilience, communication and their ability to cope with the ups and downs of being a teenager.

They’ll participate in group activities, meditations, mindful movement & more.
