Would you like to learn how you could benefit from attending our 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course? This FREE information evening will introduce you to MBSR, the reasons why the course is 8 weeks long, some of the supporting science and benefits for health and wellbeing, and the home practices. You will have the opportunity to experience 3 different meditations, meet the teacher, ask questions and, if you feel attending our 8 Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course if right for you, you can register on the night for our next MBSR course commencing on 29 April 2017.
